These terms cover your use of lumenloom.studio and the project sites published under it, such as lumenloom.studio/indigo-dreams, all run by LUMENLOOM, Lisbon, Portugal. By browsing them, you agree to them.

The sites

They are a portfolio of our work and a way to reach and book us. Descriptions, prices and availability shown are for information only and are not a binding offer. We do our best to keep everything accurate and available, and we may change or remove anything on the sites.

Bookings and commissions

Any shoot or project is arranged separately and is governed by its own written agreement covering dates, scope, deliverables and payment. Nothing on these sites creates a booking or a contract on its own. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Messages you send

When you contact us, please send only information that is accurate and that you may lawfully share — nothing unlawful and nothing that is not yours to share. We handle your message as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All photographs, films, designs, text and the LUMENLOOM name and marks on these sites belong to LUMENLOOM and to the credited creators we work with (see the crew). You may view them and share links to them. Please do not copy, reproduce, sell or republish them without our written permission.

The people shown appear with their consent, as credited collaborators, in specific work. That consent does not extend to any other use.

Third-party links

We link to Instagram, Telegram and other services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our sites.

No warranty

The sites are provided “as is”. We cannot guarantee they will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes
